Mossman Sprint Triathlon 2014
Mossman Triathlon – Norwalk, Connecticut - July 20, 2014 (Sprint distance) The only notable item about this race was that Zach had his best run to-date, but they didn’t count T2 or the run. One of the volunteers on the run course directed some of us the wrong way, adding additional mileage onto our run. As a result, the only fair method to determine awards was to turn it into an Aquabike and only count the swim, T1, and bike. This was upsetting for me, because I did the math and altered for those of that did different mileage, and if they had counted the run, I would have made it on the podium. Oh well. There are no “if”s in triathlon! It is what it is.
