Ironman 70.3 Puerto Rico on the Horizon

It's hard to believe that we're now coming down the "home stretch" to Ironman 70.3 Puerto Rico. A week from today will be the "eve o' the race." A couple weeks ago I drafted some goals and a to-do list, that - due to a whirlwind of activity - were never posted. So, I've decided to share them below, with some amendments. (Perhaps Zach will be kind enough to share his pre-race goals/thoughts in a future blog post) :-) General Goals   for Puerto Rico 1.  Don’t get sunburned. 2.  Enjoy the scenery! 3.  Don’t die on the run course. As in: remember to drink. Lots. And don’t pass out. 4.  WALK (don’t choke!) at the aid stations!! This is not where the race is won/lost – although not stopping at aid stations HAS been my method to stay ahead of my fellow AG’ers in some of my shorter races. ;) It worked quite nicely.
